We have always been very active people. Hiking, biking, and traveling were a weekly thing for us. Once we had kids we slowed down and didn't really do much. It is hard getting out and about with little ones. To be honest, I was very intimidated by the thought of doing very much with the girls (now ages 3 and 4 months).
